Advanced Equine 101: (level up from Equine 101)
This is an amazing course that can also be used in the “Dual Enrollment” program to gain credits to go towards a higher level of education. This course offers Equine Safety, Compete Equine Grooming and Tacking, Advanced Equine Anatomy, Secondary Riding Skills, and of course Equine First Aide.
With proficiency of Advanced Equine 101, you will have all of the Educational Resources to care and maintain a horse of your own. Or you may find that your love for horses has lead you to further your education with Equine Veterinarian Care.
Either way the “Horse Sense” curriculum will assist in gaining the knowledge to achieve whatever goals that you have set. |
Equine 101: (Level up after completion of “Intro to Horses”)
A Secondary Course that advances on the all of the skills achieved in “Intro to Horses “. Along with Equine Safety, The Basics to Proper Grooming and Tacking are included. Secondary Anatomy is taught with hands on applications. Encouraging proper Equine Care and Basic Equine Health Procedures’. Basics to Riding skills start becoming more complex. These Beginner Riding Skills include conditioning the horses and agility training. |
Intro to Horses: (all ages-Beginners Course) A Beginners course providing the basics of Equine Safety, Basic Equine Anatomy and Basics to Riding. Intro to Horses is a very versatile program created for beginners of all ages. This course creates a stable base of Equine Education using classroom and hands on experience to learn in a fun tranquil environment. |
Saddle Up Step by Step: For the youngest of Equine lovers
“Saddle Up Step by Step” is provided as the most basic course. Our goal at this level is to build comfort and self-esteem. This program is set to relieve any anxieties of working with such large animals. Equine Safety and Care are included and Basic Riding Skills are taught as comfort permits. This program has been used for Special Needs Children and many children with anxieties towards larger animals. |
