Helmed by experienced trainer and instructor Cheryl Glass, Horse Rides of Pensacola teaches aspiring equestrians the ins and outs of horsemanship while they socialize with friends and revel in the great outdoors. An equine ambassador guides each timberland jaunt, navigating groups along one-hour, fresh-air-fueled journeys. Those without experience can opt for a combo of a 30-minute lesson and 30-minute ride, where rookie riders learn basic skills, such as how to properly mount the horse, how to ask it for the day’s stock prices, and how to get it to gently gallop. Our Mission is to help change peoples lives through the love of Horses. Horses are a great therapy for both adults and children, as learning to manage these majestic animals helps build confidence and self esteem. This is true not only for our basic everyday participates, this is also been shown true with our clients with special needs and our clients with handicaps.
Through our extensive educational programs we provide a knowledge through a hands on approach for every person of any age. Our goal is to assist in passing our love and education for horses on to everyone we meet.
